All pieces are handmade by Niah Studio, and as such, each is a one of a kind. Therefore, minimal differences could be observed between the website images and the shipped product. The jewels are made out of either 925 sterling silver, or 14K gold.

Items are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number to the delivery address that was filled out on the checkout process. Orders are shipped within 14-21 days of order.  

Cancellations & Returns

Your satisfaction with Niah Jewelry is our top priority.

Every piece in the Niah Studio is handmade to order. Most online orders will generally ship within 7-14 business days. If a piece is out of stock it can take up 2-4 weeks.

You may exchange or return your item within 14 days as long as the jewelry will be  returned in its original packaging in perfect condition as new and not used.

Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment, please allow 3 weeks for the credit to appear in your account if you purchased.

In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded and there will be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns.

If you wish to exchange an item or request a refund, please email us and we will proceed the refund or exchange.

Returns should be sent by registered mail/messenger along with a tracking number in order to prevent damage to the jewelry during transport.

Returns should also can be delivered by hand to the studio by appointment.
